Shipping Policy

For all orders made in Australia and New Zealand over $50.00*_(AUD), we provide complimentary standard tracked shipping of your order.

To apply free complementary shipping to your order please select “Free Shipping” in the shipping page of the checkout.

As much as we don’t like it missing / lost parcels can unfortunately occur time to time, we strive to provide you with the best service and experience. So, if you believe your parcel is missing, please contact our friendly customer service team so that we can locate your parcel.

If after tracking your parcel, there has been no luck in locating your parcel please contact us via the following address:

In the unlikely event that we cannot internally locate your missing parcel we will escalate it with Australia Post directly, we generally receive a response from Australia Posts support team within 2 - 5 business days. In the unlikely case that your parcel has been deemed lost in transit, we will send you out a replacement order ASAP.

If you are based outside Australia, please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs. We “Botanical Bay Australia Pty Ltd” are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are applied to your delivery in country of destination.

All orders are sent via Australia Post tracked and signed delivery.

If you have “missed the delivery”, Australia post will place a pickup card in your letter box for you to take to your local post office to pick up your parcel.

_{PLEASE NOTE: once your parcel has been taken to the post office you have 10 days to collect your parcel, after that time has elapsed your parcel will be “returned to sender” (RTS). If your parcel has been RTS we will only refund the order value excluding any postage costs associated with the order and the RTS fees imposed by the post office. All orders are sent via tracked and signed delivery.

Our lovely international customers have the option to choose “ECONOMY” untracked shipping at checkout, as this service is UNTRACED Sadly "Botanical Bay Australia Pty Ltd" cannot be held liable if your order is lost or stolen during shipping, we can only provide you with proof that the order was shipped to you. Also sadly we cannot provide tracking updates as this service does not provide this feature to you the customer.

We strongly suggest that all international orders made select "STANDARD SHIPPING" at checkout as this is a tracked service and we can provide you with FULL tracking information to provide you with full peace of mind.

All prices in below tables are in Australian dollars (AUD).

All Australian and New Zealand orders are sent with Australia Post & each order comes with tracking.

Your treasures will be shipped from our Queensland Warehouse, we strive to dispatch all orders received prior to 12pm¹ within the same day, but it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order due to sales events and other logistical constraints.

As such our standard dispatch promise is as follows:

Please note once it has been handed over to NZ Post we cannot follow up on the whereabouts of your parcel is, NZ Post are the best people to get into contact with for the most up to date tracking information for your parcel.
